My good pal Daniel Radosh has alerted me to the latest craze sweeping the "litblogger" nation:

I don't have my own blog, so I'll post my sentence here:
Vesicovaginal fistula sometimes leads to a narrowing of the vagina, amenorrhoea and an inability to carry a pregnancy to term.
